Parsons Ridge is a mixed stock farm comprising rare breed pigs and Long Horned Herefords ethically bred and reared on the farm with welfare a top priority. They produce a great range of high quality free range products including home cured bacon, pork or beef sausages, black pudding, mince, pies plus steak cuts such as Rump, Sirloin and Fillet. They offer tasty hot breakfast and lunch options at all markets they attend.
